They brought in a specialist in Finnish knives, who worked hand-in-hand with their mold design engineer to adapt the blade and handle geometry, assess it from the standpoint of flow behavior, mechanical resistance, and usability, conducted product analysis, and oversaw the entire mold production process.

The result was a mold with a 1-million-shot warranty, that launched into serial production flawlessly — clean, consistent, and with excellent detail and finish.
