They then designed a procurement strategy, and helped us outsource granule production to trusted partners at a cost lower than market-ready compound, ensuring a stable raw material supply even before our line was built.

Next came equipment — manufactured in China based on a custom design. Komponent R:

• supervised on-site acceptance,

• tested each module and subsystem,

• managed international logistics and customs,

• coordinated full installation and startup.

The project faced real difficulties: frequent spec changes, cashflow interruptions, risk of hitting the 180-day currency control limit, but Komponent R stood firm and delivered.
